Star Wars Coding Project with Scratch “Jetpack Adventure”

Hi!

I learned Scratch Coding last summer and my parents and I found this book at the Library close to my house.

Did you know that Scratch Coding is free?!

You just need to go to https://scratch.mit.edu/, create your own account and you can start coding! There are a lot of tutorials and fun ideas to start with.

In this video I show my “Jetpack Adventure” Scratch Coding Project.

I followed the instructions of this book and I created 3 Sprites with their own code:

Sprite #1 is Boba Fett, the Bounty Hunter. He needs 3 costumes:

No-JetPack costume.
For the No-Jetpack costume, we found an image in the internet.
JetPack costume.
For the Jetpack costume we used the same image as the No-Jetpack costume and we added the fire of the jetpack with Paint in Scratch.
Shocked costume.
We also found this image in the internet.

The code for Sprite #1 is this:

Sprite #2 is the electric barrier. I created my own electric barrier image with Paint in Scratch.

The code for Sprite #2 is this:

Sprite #3 is the fuel. I also created my own fuel image with Paint in Scratch.

For the backdrop I found an image of the space in the internet. You can choose any image you like.

The code for Sprite #3 is this:

If you like this coding project and want to see more, sent me a comment.

I hope you like it!

Bye, bye!
